Great Danes are known for their gentle and friendly personalities. They are often referred to as "gentle giants" due to their large size and calm demeanour.  Training is indeed crucial for large and powerful breeds like Great Danes. Proper training helps ensure their safety, as well as the safety of those handling them. While it's true that Great Danes can potentially cause harm if not properly trained, it's important to approach training with positive reinforcement.
