*Rental* for Dog Collars/Systems
Trial the Product and Then Buy It or Return It
The benefit of renting one of our barking collars or dog training collars is that at the end of the rental period, you simply choose to buy it outright, or return it. All rental products have a rental amount and a security deposit (there may also be a consumable cost on spray refill/canisters).
If you choose to buy the product, the rental amount and security deposit are used as the initial payment, leaving you only a small amount left to pay
If you choose to return the product, your security deposit will be refunded (some conditions apply)
Either way, you get to experience the product and make your decision based on that experience. Please look at the two examples below;
Example A:
Rob rents a SportDOG SBC6 Barking Collar for his dog. At the end of the rental period, Rob’s dog is barking a lot less, so Rob decides to purchase the collar and pays the difference of $35.10.

Example B:
Rachel also rents a SportDOG SBC6 Barking Collar for her dog. At the end of the rental period, Rachel is thinks there may be benefit in trying a citronella spray collar instead. So she calls the Freecall number, 1800 300 364 and speaks to the staff about her options. Rachel returns the SportDOG SBC6 in good working order and receives her Security Deposit back in full.
