Merchandise

Start with your dog's size, coat and temperament, then match those to the details on each product page. Every listing sets out the fit range and what the product is built for, and our team is happy to help if you are weighing up two options.

Measure your dog before ordering: neck girth for collars, chest girth for harnesses, and collar to tail base for coats. Where a product lists a size range, pick the size your measurement falls inside rather than rounding up.

Many are, though not all. Each product page gives a minimum age and weight — training gear is usually rated from six months, while everyday gear suits younger dogs.

The range covers toy breeds through to working dogs, but some products are made for a particular size or coat type. The product description says what each one is designed for.

Orders placed before midday ship the same business day from our Australian warehouse. If something is not right, return it unused in its original packaging within 30 days.
