Product Description

The Garmin GPSMAP 64x has a 2.6-inch sunlight-readable colour display and a high-sensitivity GPS, GLONASS and Galileo receiver with a quad helix antenna for superior reception. With the combination of GPS, GLONASS and Galileo satellites, the Garmin GPSMAP 64x is able to locate itself up to 40 percent faster than using GPS alone. This allows users to get their position quickly and precisely even in heavy cover area.

The GPSMAP 64x has rugged designed and IPX7 water resistant rating which is a perfect companion for outdoor use. This smart GPS handheld device is capable to install extra apps from Garmin website. It works with Garmin BaseCamp app (available in Google Play store and iTunes) which allows you to view and organise maps, waypoints, routes and tracks.

TopoActives Map

GPSMAP 64x comes with a built-in worldwide basemap with shaded relief so you can navigate anywhere with ease. With photo navigation, you can download geotagged pictures from the Internet and navigate to them.

Add Maps

The basic GPSMAP 64x includes a worldwide basemap with shaded relief but you can add more detailed topographic, marine and road maps to it. With 4 GB of onboard memory and microSD card slot, you can conveniently download TOPO 24K and 100K maps and hit the trail, BlueChart G2 Map cards for a great day on the water or City Navigator map for turn-by-turn routing on roads. GPSMAP 64x also supports BirdsEye Satellite Imagery (subscription required) that allows you load satellite images onto your device and integrate them with your maps.
