The PetSafe Venture series Dog Training Collar is one of the most advance high tech remote trainer in the market. This dog training collar is designed for small to medium size of breeds. The PetSafe remote trainer features one only option, 8 stimulation level with the plus 2 boost, waterproof and rechargeable collar/transmitter. With 300 metres of range, this system is designed for yard and field training with pet dogs and close-working dogs.

Transmitter Digital Display

The LCD screen will stay on for 10 minutes with a button press. After 10 minutes with no button presses, the display will automatically turn off and the transmitter goes into power save mode. Pressing any button will activate the LCD display again. There are various icons you might see on the display are list in the table.

	Numeric readout	Shows the chosen stimulation level for Dog 1 or Dog 2.
	Dog 1/ Dog 2	The symbol displayed is the active dog receiver collar.
	Tone or Stimulation	When pressing Tone or Stimulation the Dog 1 or Dog 2 symbol will appear in bold or emphasized.
	Battery Indicator	The battery indicator provides constant awareness of your battery’s power level.

Battery

Both the collar and transmitter of Petsafe little dog remote trainer are operated by rechargeable lithium batteries. The charge time is able 3 to 4 hours. The approximate battery life is 40 to 60 hours every charge which is depending on frequency of use.

	Battery is at 2⁄3 to Full capacity. Transmitter is fully functional.
	Battery is at 1⁄3 capacity. Transmitter is still fully functional.
	Battery is at 1⁄6 capacity. Transmitter will operate the Receiver, but recharge the Transmitter battery as soon as possible.
	Battery is almost dead. Transmitter is unable to operate the Receiver.

Stimulation:

The Petsafe dog remote trainer is able to deliver a continuous stimulation. Just press and hold the stimulation button on the transmitter and the collar will deliver a continuous stimulation. When a Continuous Stimulation button is pressed for over 8 seconds, the Remote Transmitter will “time-out.” The button will need to be released and pressed again before additional Stimulation can be delivered.

Change stimulation levels of collar 1 and collar 2
In order to change the stimulation level for Dog 1 or Dog 2, press and hold the +2 Boost button for 5 seconds. Both Dog 1 and Dog 2 stimulation levels icons will appear. Then, use the Upper Left button to increase the correction and Lower Left button to decrease the correction for Dog 1. For Dog 2 Upper Right button to increase the correction level and Lower Right bu to decrease. Rress th Boost button again the confirm and lock the setting.
