Just simply insert this Surge Protector between the containment system loop wire and the transmitter, then attach the ground wire to the ground rod supplied. When the lightning hits the loop of your containment system, this lightning protector will dissipate the lightning into the ground and protect the containment system's transmitter. The length of the ground wire is about 1 metre.
